Hi I’m Andrea, and I’m the office manager here at 1 Bag at a Time. I am the one who answers the phone more often than not when you call, and I’m in charge of making sure that things run smoothly around our office. I make sure that phone orders are processed quickly, that customers are taken care of by the right staff person, and that in general, we are as efficient as possible.
I’m also in charge of billing. If you have a question about an invoice or an order that’s pending, or a question about bags you have received, you’ll want to talk to me. I am also the correspondent for all donation requests, so if you’re a non-profit looking for a donation, please fill out the donation form and send it in. I’ll get it and get right back to you. I believe that every customer is important, so your call is always important to me.
Part of my job is making sure our office creates as little waste as possible. I have many strategies, everything from reusing misprinted papers or old documents to using half-sheet letterhead and buying office materials made from recycled products. In an upcoming blog I will be posting more details about some of the things we do to keep the 1 Bag office as green as possible.
