Hi, my name is Sho Takahashi and I take care of sales and marketing. I make sure all your custom bag needs are taken care of in a manner that is friendly for you and for the environment.
I was born in Hokkaido Japan, but I spent most of my youth in West Los Angeles California. I graduated with a degree in Environmental Studies and Business from the University of California, Santa Barbara. I joined 1 Bag at a Time in 2007. At that time Lisa and I were still working out of her home. We stored products in every open space including the hallways and dining room. It’s been an exciting ride as 1 Bag at a Time has grown into a nationwide brand of reusable bags.
My duties include sales and marketing for our phone and online orders. I also take care of custom screen printed bags including designing logos catered to your ideas. But don’t expect me to be behind the desk all day. I lift and carry the boxes containing your custom bags to make sure each one is printed to our highest standards and shipped as quickly as possible. As a conscious effort to lower my eco footprint, I usually bike or skate to work. The exercise also helps me bring a positive attitude to my work.
